from Victoria, Butchart Gardens via Swartz Bay-Tsawwassen
Ferry
Exit the Ferry at Tsawwassen (pronounced "two-awe-sun"
or "sue-awe-sun") and follow the Highway and signs until you
get to the Highway 99 Entrance--it is a cloverleaf and should be very obvious
Shortly, you will go through the George Massey Tunnel, and be in
Richmond, where Vancouver International Airport is located, continue North
on 99
You will cross the North Arm of the Fraser River over the Oak Street
Bridge (you went under the South Arm of the river through the tunnel)
On the North side of the Oak Street Bridge, you enter Vancouver
and 99 becomes Oak Street
Continue on Oak Street for three lights--one full light, a pedestrian
light, then another full one. This third light is PARK and has a delayed
green light for making left turns.
TURN LEFT off OAK onto PARK
The next light on PARK is GRANVILLE STREET
TURN RIGHT ON GRANVILLE STREET
Continue along GRANVILLE for 7 lights, approximately 4 miles
You will cross over GRANVILLE ISLAND on the GRANVILLE STREET
BRIDGE--and see downtown, the magnificent North Shore mountains and the
blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.
At the second light on the other side of the GRANVILLE STREET BRIDGE,
TURN LEFT on DAVIE STREET
Continue along DAVIE STREET--you are now heading West--for
7 blocks, until you come to BROUGHTON STREET
TURN RIGHT on BROUGHTON, then TURN LEFT on PENDRELL
PENDRELL SUITES is at 1419 Pendrell Street! YOU'RE HOME!
