Pendrell Weddings and Events Department can spice up your basic packages to add just the things that will make your ceremony and/or reception perfect and unforgettable. Oence you contact our Wedding/Event Planners you can consider adding some or all of the following options: Accommdation - You do not have to lodge at Pendrell Suites in order to get married here. However, it is very convenient for our destination couples, who are arriving from all over the world and who need accommodation, anyway. Also, depending on your length of stay and how much accommodation you let, you can really save! Capacity of Pendrell Suites for overnight guests is approximately 48 persons, which probably includes close family members and/or kids. However, we also have alliances with other three to five star accommodations extremely close to Pendrell Suites, if not in the downtown Vancouver core. So, let us know how much accommodation you require along with some other, preliminary information when you fill out our contact from. "Book The Inn" - Yes, you can book the whole place for wedding or other function. Please fill in the data on our contact form and our Event Department staff will be glad to facilitate your wedding or other event. Prices for Pendrell Suites' accommodations can be determined by checking our online, realtime pricing. Also, you can calculate the discounts we offer, too, to arrive at a figure. Basically, the more you book, the better the deal you can get. Still, accommodation is most dear in the high season months , particularly June 15th through Sept. 15th. Please indicate the required accommodation on your booking form, then let our Wedding Specialist figure it out for you, then consult with you about the details. Aliens - Yes, you can have from one to four aliens attend your reception or, better still, have them pose for your wedding photos at various locations around Pendrell Suites--and even better, still, while you tour different parts of Vancouver--Everybody notices you with an Alien, especially an X-Tour one! (Below is X-Tour Alien "Ali" with Cirque Du Soleil Clown Tracey Sabo in Agent Scully's Apartment.) Catering- We have an array of superb caterers providing the best of ethnic and local food. (Vancouver is right on the Pacific Ocean, so Seafood is "live" fresh.) You can choose from having a simple Champagne service following your ceremony, perhaps having West Coast Hors d'ouvres for a reception immediately following or, indeed, a totally catered plated meal in either your suite or the Meditation Garden Whichever you choose, you can be sure that it is the best! Our Wedding & Event Planners will assist you in fashioning the best for you and your party! Floral Arrangements - You can express so much about the mood, tone and love within your ceremony and/or reception with flowers. Working with our Wedding department, whose staff has a roster of preferred florist for choosing the right mix and amount of floral extras--and they also can suggest some other, optional design enhancements to make your time so much more special. Limousines - and other transport modes from Executive Vans through Mini-buses, coaches and SUV's can be arranged by our Wedding department through our sister company, X-Tour. Photography - Our Wedding department has preferred, professional photographers who can provide you with a myriad different photographic packages so you can record the events of your ceremony and reception and more! (If you want Panavision, we can arrange that, too!) Tours -- X-Tour, while concentrating on thrilling people from all over the world with tours of Hollywood film and TV locations in and around Vancouver, is fully able to provide the Wedding Party and guests with Vancouver City Sightseeing Tours with various modes of transport, as in the section on Limousines above. Please let our Wedding & Event Department assist you. (A Tour makes a great Wedding present, too!) The X-Tour has been featured on TV and in articles all over the world: Germany, Switzerland, Holland, France, England and the U.S. Give yourself and your guests a super time, include a tour in your event--or just take one your self with a bottle of champagne after the ceremony! Videography - While pictures are great and, indeed, a must for your wedding. Our wedding department staff are happy to arrange for a videography package for you, too. These range from a crew following you around--not only on but before and after--your Wedding day to just shooting your ceremony.
